Overview
About Me
Irish guy living in London. I love to travel and have been lucky to visit many countries around the world. I particularly like Spanish speaking countries since I learned Spanish in Granada, Spain.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm new to Couchsurfing, having heard about it from my niece who has made friends all over the world this way. The experience of visiting a new place is hugely enhanced by getting to know a local. So I'm keen to try this out, and to return the favour.

Music, Movies, and Books
My taste in music is certainly eclectic. I love everything from early and Renaissance music, to electronica, Lana del Rey, Coldplay and Kylie Minogue! I also love the Eurovision Song Contest.
Movies - anything that transports me to a different world and teaches me something about how humans navigate life. Recently I've loved Conclave, A Real Pain, Past Lives and the Holdovers. All time favourites include ET, Indian Jones and Star Wars (A New Hope).
Books - mainly non fiction and pop psychology. Also Great Expectations, Frankenstein and Stoner.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've milked an elephant seal.
