i spend a month traveling around Europe a long time ago and exclusively used couchsurfing (back when it was .org). a few years later, i ended up living in Australia for a year or so and met a lot of people on couchsurfing. i also went to a handful of meetups in Portland. i love meeting people with different experiences, lifestyles, and backgrounds than me.

i have too many hobbies. lately been riding dual sport motorcycles on camping trips/single track more than most of my other hobbies. also doing a lot of fishing.
