ABOUT ME

After living in Istanbul, Turkey for the last three years, I'm back in the US to get masters degrees in Middle Eastern Studies and Public Health. After that it's back to traveling!

I am sometimes very outgoing and love to meet new people and go dancing. And sometimes just want to sit in a nice warm happy cafe and read a book and drink tea for hours.

I love theater, fiber arts, music with good lyrics, walking by myself, or with others, cooking for friends and strangers, picnics, and the adventure of getting lost.

I have both hosted and been hosted by many amazing people! At the moment I can't host, but would love to show you around Ann Arbor.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Since moving to Istanbul I have had many amazing couchsurfing experiences. Many of my friends here are couchsurfers or friends of couchsurfers. Have hosted people, been hosted, and attended the amazing Istanbul Wintercamp!

I have also learned that honest communication is critical to good couchsurfing. Especially between different cultures, it's hard to pick up on hints, so please tell me what your expectations are and how you are feeling and I will do the same for you.
