About Me

CURRENT MISSION

See more of the world whilst basing myself in Australia for the next year.

ABOUT ME

27 years old. Finished my post graduate degree last year and since then have worked in Oregon, USA before a brief spell in London. My thirst for travel wasn't satisfied and have arrived in Sydney to explore this side of the world as well as looking to gain some more experience in my field.

PHILOSOPHY

Work to live, don't live to work. Appreciate everything, even the small things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Apart from it being really useful when travelling somewhere new. I find it a great way to meet likeminded people. Having used it recently when moving to Oregon, I met two fellow Couchsurfers who have become amazing friends and hope I can return the favour to them one day.

Interests

I'd say i'm reasonably active and enjoy going to the gym or playing basketball amongst other sports. But don't get me wrong, I'd say i'm pretty versatile, so if the agenda is chilling with a cup of tea or beer playing games or Netflixing, i'm always down.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy all types of music, from Hip Hop all the way to classical and alternative types. I was brought up listening to all my parents tastes such as Simply Red, David Gray, and other artists someone my age wouldnt normally listen too. But to name a few contemporary people I like: Miguel, Daft Punk, Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, Mac Miller, Cold Play, Drake, Bob Marley, SBTRKT, Submotion Orchestra, Roy Woods, Kid Cudi. To name just a few.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Proud of moving to Oregon for a 3 month internship earlier this year where I knew nobody and was grateful for the kind people of couchsurfing who made everything that little bit easier and allowed me to make some awesome friends.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Share my energy and positive outlook on life. I give awesome life advice, just don't take it myself.
Can teach you basketball, can easily set up a gym programme for you as well.
