ABOUT ME

A lover of yoga and coffee. Red wine and traveling. I have spent much of my life chasing festivals and eternal summers and I just generally enjoy being outdoors.. Inspired by people and design, I believe the best way to learn is to experience and believe completely in trusting in the universe.
I love the mountains almost as much as I love the sea. Hiking and nature keep me smiling and sane. I love good food, good wine and good people.

This world is full of so many wonderfully inspiring people and travellers are the best kind. I never cease to be amazed by the beautiful people I meet on the road. May that continue to be so :)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

From sleeping under the stars in Mongolia and traveling through Siberia third class on the train to hitch hiking on the back of a truck in Guatemala. I have been so fortunate to meet all the beautiful souls, those a part of my travel family all over the world.

I teach Kundalini and childrens yoga in South Africa. I host cacao and breath-work workshops.

I am constantly learning and happy to share whatever I can with hosts. From yoga to vegan cooking, breath work to having a laugh. I make killer vegan chocolate.
