Hi! I'm Neha and quite new to the couchsurfing community. I moved from the U.S. in September 2015 and teach English in Madrid, at a secondary school. In my free time, I love to travel and I am planning some adventures very soon to Iceland (hopefully!)

I would like to meet new people and gain a new experience when traveling.

Interests

I love to dance, read, travel and study languages. Since moving to Spain, I've been taking Salsa lessons, which I absolutely love. Also, I've been slowly improving my Spanish!

Music, Movies, and Books

My all time favorite movie, hands down, is Pride and Prejudice. And my favorite animated movie is Mulan. I watched Mulan so many times, that our cassette finally gave in and stopped working (back when cassettes were a thing!)

I love to read. Picking a favorite book is difficult.. haha. My favorite genre is suspense/thriller type novels, where it is impossible to put the book down. Often times if i start a novel during the evening, I'll read through the night and won't get a wink of sleep! The last book I read that still makes me think is called the, "Butterfly Garden." I can't stop thinking about it.
