About Me
I'm currently in the final year of studying for a PhD in Public Health in Adelaide, Australia. My PhD research blends public health and sustainability as I explore the potential to improve schoolchildren’s dietary habits while impacting the environment positively by studying school lunchbox contents and packing practices. 🍏🌏
Prior to my PhD and pandemic I used to blog on https://goseeorbis.com/ where I shared my travel stories, itineraries, and tips. I'm very excited to be travelling again after a hiatus of 2.5 years, and to explore Europe for the first time.
I believe that travel gives you new perspectives, and that's predominantly thanks to the people you meet along the way and the stories we get to share and the food. Food is life, food is love 💚
I cook really well and am always happy to treat my host with a lovely home cooked meal, and happy to also try their best dishes (veg) 😊
