About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My current mission would be to travel the world and meet whacky people :)
I am not hosting till the end of July, 2015, but if someone is in desperate need of a couch, let me know, I might be able to arrange something or someone you can go to.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Fun way to meet different people and learn about different cultures. I would love to host and stay with really outgoing fun talkative people who are willing to share different stories from their travels. At the end of the day, I just wanna look at a globe and say "hmm... I have friends all over the world", it will be a cool thing to tell our future children :P
As much as I love socialising, I have to put in long hours in the lab and will not be able to show you around the city much. I do however try to have dinner with my CSers, and can give you any advice you need about Copenhagen.

Music, Movies, and Books
The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings, The Harry Potter series, To kill a mocking Bird, An autobiography of a Yogi, Endless Night- Agatha Christie, The Godfather, Wonder- RJ Palacio. I also have a deep love for poetry (Tagore, Kipling, Byron), and I sometimes believe that language can be such a barrier and wouldn't it just be wonderful to understand everyone through poems without language dividing us :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have been brought up in the wild himalayan terrain, and have had narrow escapes from avalanches and land slides, its been thrilling and gives one a deeper appreciation for life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am a biochemist working on drug targeting and drug discovery at the University of Copenhagen.
I have been living in Denmark for 2.5 years now and am trying to learn elementary danish (I am not very good at it though). I have a basic knowledge of french from my school days, but I dont think I can remember it anymore :P
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am a decent cook and am pretty good with Indian, Chinese and Italian food. I am a vegetarian by choice, and avoid almost any animal products if I can, I am therefore not very good at cooking meat :P
