About Me

CURRENT MISSION

See every baseball stadium

ABOUT ME

I love sports. My teams are the Blues, Cardinals, Steelers, SLU basketball, Rams, Mizzou, Duke basketball, and occasional bandwagons when my teams get knocked out. I play tennis, ultimate frisbee, softball, soccer, and many other sports from time to time. I enjoy video games, rock music and concerts, movies, tv on dvd, and my friends and family.

PHILOSOPHY

I think as long as you're not violating anyone else's rights, you should do whatever makes you happy. That's what I do and support others' rights to do the same.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just started up, but I'd like to host people and use it as a means of travel too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't done it or hosted yet, but I look forward to meeting new people.

Interests

I love sports and they're currently my biggest reason for travel. I went to my first road hockey game this year and saw the Blues beat the Red Wings 10-3. It was epic!

Music, Movies, and Books

Hemingway is my favorite writer. As for music, I love Radiohead, Led Zeppelin, the Foo Fighters, and many other rock bands. I'd ban country music from my place before smoking. I'm not usually too picky with movies, but I'm gearing up for super hero movies as it's summer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I climbed a mountain about a year ago, which isn't that out of the ordinary. However, with my fear of heights, it felt like an accomplishment.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn more French. I took a lot of it in high school and college and can understand quite a bit, but I'm still far from fluent. It would be cool to be fluent in something other than English someday.

I can teach you how to turn any sentence into an innuendo, how to throw a frisbee several ways, and about anything you ever wanted to (and didn't want to) about sports. I can also correct your grammar (but usually won't unless I'm asked for a clarification) ;)
