About Me

I love experiencing new cultures and meeting new people, and understanding different perspectives. I love to joke and laugh but also value deeper-meaning discussion and debate.

I value learning from others by hearing their experiences and comparing these to my own. I'm always looking widen my own world view and take what I can from that.

I studied aeronautical engineering and am currently training to be an accountant. However, I have many interests outside of this, such as sport, travel, languages, theatre and many more. I have recently also tried to embrace a minimalist lifestyle, and I am learning Polish.

I'm really keen to meet plenty of the Couchsurfers out there!

Music, Movies, and Books

Over the last few years I have really embraced the theatre in a way that I never expected to. I really enjoy the fringe theatre scene in London, where there is a plethora of thought-provoking work that challenges how we think and provides fresh perspectives.

I particularly enjoy documentaries about science and nature, and I have recently gained interest in historical dramas.

When I can find the time, I love reading. A recent favourite of mine is 'Sapiens' by Dr Yuval Harari, where we are taken through the progress of humans up until the present day.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach and Share:
I enjoy explaining concepts I have learned about aircraft though my degree, and about accounting and finance from my current line of work. I also like to talk to people about my vegan and minimalist lifestyle!

Learn:
Whatever your speciality or interest may be, I would love to be introduced to it! Learning new skills and trying different food will always get me excited.
