How we venture on that journey is all about personal choice. I choose to adopt a relaxed approach to 90% of my working activities, with the one thing I cannot be relaxed about is personal fitness. Avid believer in a healthy body fuelling a healthy mind.

Teach, Learn, Share

Have played football (soccer) to a semi pro standard and hold training qualifications that are international standard. More than happy to teach people about the beautiful game.
