ABOUT ME

I'm currently studying Ancient History in the paradise that is Durham. I enjoy all types of music; something which I discovered on a bus to Romania. I like clubbing and concert going, but enjoy staying in and chatting over a coffee just as much. I like long walks, languages and learning about the different people and places in this world we call our home.

PHILOSOPHY

The world wasn't made for us, we were made in it. We have one life and should try to experience it rather than hoping for another one. Why live life second hand when you could be out there doing it for yourself?

Interests

The simple things in life.

Staring at the sea for hours on end, standing in awe looking at the night sky, camping in the mountains, listening to music, dancing the night away, sitting and watching the world go by, learning and reading and learning and reading, interesting discussion with good friends.

Dystopian Literature (1984,Brave New World) The Godfather, The Lord of the Rings, The drama of Arthur Miller (Death of a Salesman,)The works of Shakespeare, the wisdom of the ancients (Sophocles), Doctor Faustus etc.

As for movie and TV, I enjoy things like LOST, Rome, Prison Break, Heroes, Firefly, Battlestar Galactica and what have you not.
