I grew up in a small town in northern Germany, very close to the danish border. I speak both danish and german as mother tongue and feel home in both cultures.

I live in a small flat in the centre of Aarhus.

It is a great way to travel on a budget and at the same time meet new people! I always find it much more interesting to speak to locals about the place. You just get a more realistic picture of the city/place and mostly they know all the good food places, hidden and most beautiful spots. Nevertheless it is always nice to make new friends or finding future travel buddies! :-)

兴趣

I am a very active person, so I am working out 3-4 times a week and love to be outside for hikes, kayaking, swimming or just to get a good tan at the beach.

I enjoy learning new languages - especially funny terms, sounds or proverbs (I can get quite nerdy around that topic).

I also love to spend time with my friends, mostly casual for hygge( as we say in danish), but I love to go out with the girls for a good karaoke or Dance session too. :-)

I enjoy nearly every kind of music. Not a big fan of death metal though.

My favourite books include the Harry Potter- series, A Song of Ice and Fire and the Inheritance Cycle. I also enjoy reading the comedy genre and fun facts-comics.

Obviously my tastes in movies and books are very much alike, so all the Harry Potter movies and Lord of the Rings are a few of my favourites. But basically I do enjoy watching almost any movie, except for horror movies and thrillers.
