I am a German Girl, currently living in Erlangen, Bavaria, but I am originally from western Germany. I study psychology, because I enjoy interacting and working with people. I am living an active life including a lot of sports and travels. If you suggest something new to try, I am always in!

I got to love couchsurfing when I stayed in Spain for one semester. I met so many great people there and they made each of my travels a unique experience. I loved that I got to stay in nontouristic areas and live the “local life”. No matter if it was a walk with the dogs together or cooking for/with my hosts.

Unfortunately, when I started my masters in Erlangen I moved to a really small place in a shared flat and cannot host myself right now, but I am looking forward to share my life in Germany with other travelers once I have my own space.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new people and hopefully make friends around the world. I love to travel, but also to stay at home, cook and meet friends. The best is doing both together! That’s why I like Couchsurfing!

Interests

As I said, I love sports. I would even say I cannot live without. I play tennis since I was 6, never stopped and hopefully never have to. I enjoy playing in a team. Unfortunately I didn’t try other teamsports when I was young, but I love to meet with friends to play beach volleyball. I also love skating and water sports!

When I am traveling I love to be active, go hiking or try new activities.

Personally, at home, I mostly listen to acoustic and alternative music, but I am not super particular about it and can never remember any names of songs or artists :D

I am glad that I got to live in different parts of Germany, Florida, Madrid and Montréal. I am glad to share whatever I took from those different cultures with me and am always eager to integrate new cultural experiences!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would love to share some stories, get in touch, maybe cook or hang out together. I can do some vegan cooking or baking (people love my German bread) and always like to share my meals as they are even more enjoyable then! I am up to do some things, but I can also take care of myself.
