Hey,
I'm Nele, 21 years old and from germany. After my A-levels I already wanted to travel, but I felt too young and the fear of going all alone was stronger than my wish (at least back then), so I did several internships in the area of social work and psychology and afterwards started my studies on social work.
But the big dream of traveling was still deep inside me and so I set sail in July and went by car to portugal, lisbon to study a semester abroad. On my way I made my first wwoofing experiences, where I met some awsome people and they inspired me to check out couchsurfing!
I'm an openminded, rather extroverted girl, which is highliy interested in people and their storys.
I love to meet new people and explore new places and cultures. I'm totally in to dancing, hiking, swimming, being outside in nature in general and into good meals! Since I'm living vegan, I enjoy to cook and share those meals with others!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I always had this great dream of traveling the world, getting in touch with all different kind of people and their cultures. I'm not really into touristic traveling, since I want to learn something about land and people out of the perspective of those who live there and who mostly know their country the best.
Therefor I think couchsurfing is a really nice opportunity and I'm really looking foreward to make some interesting and nice experience, since I'm kind of a virging on this platform. :)

Never getting tired of Harry Potter!
But there are so many good books and films.. so it's rather hard to nail it.

Music always depends on the mood and situation. Since I love to go dancing, music with a good beat (but not too electronic) is motly my favorite!
