ABOUT ME

We are two Belgian girls, we live in the same street and are grown up together. When we were little, we played together in the sandbox and now the world is our playground! We both like to dance and hang out with some friends. We are very interested in other cultures and we hope to learn a lot by travelling around the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Miet has already gone to Polen for an exchange project at school. She slept there with a very nice family and had a lot of fun. Nele has gone to Zeuthen, in Germany and it was also an interesting experience. That's why we both want to travel and we hope that we'll have that same wonderfull experience, but this time together.

Interests

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: R&B, Hiphop, funk
Miet enjoyed the books of 'Twilight' a lot and the movie 'The Notebook'
Nele had a lot of fun with the books of Louise Rennison, who writes diaries of a young teenager.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Miet: I went once to the European youth parlement in Brussels for a school project. I had a wonderfull time and learnt a lot about the politics.
Nele: With my gymnastics have I already gone to Lisbon and this year we'll be travelling to Denmark. It's so nice to be with your friends and at the same time learn something about a country!
