I am trying to move to a more southern and sunnier part of the world. For now I am so excited about the possibility to fulfill one of my biggest dreams: traveling through the UK and Scotland

I just discovered the service and expect a lot of fun and getting to know great people! I like the idea of helping others and sharing the space we have.

兴趣

I love gardening and nature! I could spend all day sitting on the balcony watching my flowers growing!! When I was young I used to spend more time on the back of a horse than on earth with my two feet. Now, since I met my husband, I changed my focus on to less risky sports like surfing and diving. I tried to dive and surf while I was living in Vancouver. The only problem is that in Vancouver you can only surf in the winter: that means getting out into 4 degrees cold water while it is snowing and hailing on you.... I am still trying to become as passionate about surfing as my husband is and would love to try it in more reasonable conditions. I love traveling and exploring new places. I love the Mediterranean and I so much would like to move there again. I love sunshine and summer. I love hiking in any weather and appreciate a hot sauna afterwards. I also like skiing although I did not do it since quite a while now. I like crafts and decoration and I love graphic design and garden design. I like baking and cooking and I love good wine.

音乐、电影和书籍

My absolute favorite book at the time is The song of ice and fire from George R.R. Martin!!! I could spend days reading in it without having a break. I never liked fantasy books, but I highly recommend that one! The new TV shows called Game of thrones is also very well done and I can't wait for the next season to be released!
I also love books from Paolo Coelho and I very much enjoyed the books from Anne Rice.

I love watching movies! The best movies I have seen in the last while were The fountain, Black Swan, Into the wild, Babel, Inception

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Hiking up at Cape Scott to see the end of the western world!
Spending a week in a very remote lighthouse in the middle of the wilderness and coming across lots of humpback whales, killer whales, sea lions, seals, eagles and bears. Fishing and actually catching my first salmons and lingcod. Hiking in Mallorca in waist high snow while I was expecting sunshine and 17 degrees... Diving in California with seals and through lots of seaweed forests. Witnessing two dolphins jumping out of the water, totally synchronized passing each other in the sunset light at Monterey Bay while I was hugging my partner. Surfing (trying to surf) in San Francisco and meeting some dolphins swimming by just a few meters ahead of me while I was thinking that these are sharks... I could go on and on....
