ABOUT ME

I am Russian-born Australian, lived, worked and traveled in many countries. I quit my job few years ago thinking I am going for a year, and now... still going! Nowdays I stay for a while at one place, do quite a lot of volunteering through workaway.info and HelpX, stay at meditation centers or Buddhist monasteries or just rent a cheap room. My favorite part of the world is Asia, I love Asian food!

Food and cooking, art, painting, photography, hiking, wildlife, animals. Spirituality in general, Zen Buddhism (I have spent 6 months at Zen Mountain Monastery in USA), teaching of Adyashanti, meditation, psychology.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walked solo 800 km along Camino de Santiago trail in northern Spain,volunteered at children orphanage in India, lived in Zen monasteries in USA and Japan, spent a year in solitary silent meditation retreat, volunteered at homeless animals shelters in Malaysia and Japan
