Helllooo my name is Nelli,

let me quickly introduce myself to you! Shocker, it is mostly about travel and how to travel as much as possible. 🍊

In summer 2019 I quit my job to travel the world (mostly by train and bus and Solo). Well.... due to Corona everything did not really go the way I wanted. Blablabla.

The former Soviet countries fascinate me the most at the moment. Would love to see them all.

I was born (not raised) in Kyrgyzstan and visit my family (mothers side) every year. So I can offer some central asian vibez here and there.

My kyrgyz cousin and I had the crazy idea to open a Glamping site (welcoming guests in July 2023) in the Northern Kyrgyz mountain area and building everything literally from scratch! 🏕🏔

I love good food (like to try new restaurants and cuisines), nice Bars and Clubs (nowadays i need to be in the mood, then nobody can stop me). I also enjoy meeting new people, traveling and going to any kind of events like comedy shows, festivals etc.

I consider myself as a person with lots of energy and motivation to learn new stuff and living the "Beginners" mindset and lifestyle.

And i love dumplings. Any kind of dumplings.
Next life goal: Master the art of Georgian Dumplings (Update May 23: not Master Level but already pretty good). 🥟

What else. I really like low budget traveling. Streching every Euro, cooking own food and hanging around canteens where the old local folks eat :) On the other hand i like to spoil myself as well :) I mean, why not?!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

2019: Quit my job travel the world full time for ~1-2 years (corona hit so 6 months haha).

2019:
53 hours on a train in Russia (3rd class upper side bed aka cheapest ticket ever) without complaining 🚂

2020: Hiked the Ijen Vulcano (Java) - sleep deprived and no snacks. Too much. 🥴

2022: Walked the Camino Portuguese (~125 km) unprepared (which signs should i follow again?) with a laptop backpack and tons of blisters!!👽

2023: Invested together with my Boyfriend in a Glamping experience in the northern kyrgyz mountains (@toodo.kg). So much work, time and money spent building everything from scratch 🏕
