at the mo travelling is not an option but I'd still like to meet people from around the world!

ABOUT ME

I'm a travelling girl heading 30 and as I have met my travelling man, we have returned back to Finland to continue the life we shared during our years away.So for now getting to know other countries, people and cultures is by offering our couch to fellow travellers!
Me, my husband and a little baby girl Iitu live 20km away from the City center of Tampere, near Tampere airport in a huge house with our own yard and a countryside feel. We also have three big dogs, a great dane Tahvo and a St bernhard mix Patu and a german sheppard Nikita...Those guys are our kids too as we both love dogs
We both work in hospitality, me beeing a waitress and my hubby a chef although I'm on a mothernity leave right now...Hospitality is an industry that we both have weird passion for! Food also has a large part in our life in other ways as we are known to entertain our mates with bbq's, soiree's and all sorts of feeding frenzys!!

We'd like to offer our couch to members travelling to Finland, and help them find the beauty of our country and people!In future will propably hope to sleep on someone elses couch as well!

got lost and slept under the sky in an malaysian rainforest with my dehydrated husband...keeping the fire going and sleeping in turns knowing you can trust the person next to you to look after you while sleeping!!

I can introduce you to the heart and soul of finnish people and culture, beeing an observer myself...love to make new friends as it is harder to meet people when you stay put in familiar surroundings!
