We feel like couch surfing is a two way street and would love to host if ever in our neck of the woods.
We are retired and LOVE to travel. Have been to Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, and of course North America. We love animals, scuba diving, motorcycle riding, boating, hiking, exploring and hearing others adventures. We were first introduced to couch surfing in HI when our daughter did it and met some of the most wonderful people. Would love to see more places and meet more people as long as we are able to travel!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Our daughter did it while we were visiting her in Hawaii and it was such a wonderful idea and way to meet such interesting people, hear about their travels and recieve so many helpful tips, we decided to try it ourselves!

Interests

Liz: I LOVE animals, anything to do with water: skiing, scuba diving, beach activities, boating, do scrapbooking to keep the memories for all to see of family and friends, music and nature.

Liz: Love the 70's, but will listen to many different genres.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Liz: We love to travel and have had many amazing experiences, but since taking up scuba diving going to Kona and doing a night dive with the Manta Rays was truely amazing, almost spiritual.

Teach, Learn, Share

Liz: I love to meet new people and learn new things and hear about everyones adventures. It broadens my experiences and I think it's helped teach my kids and grandkids more acceptance of all peoples.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Liz: Since technically we haven't hosted anyone in our home, I can only reflect on being at my daughters. I think the most important thing is to treat them like family, enjoy their company and accept them for who they are.
