I am a very easy going person and easy to become friends with. I used to study in Canada and also work in between my studies. My work experience is mainly service related job, besides, I have also work as a sales person for a kitchen floor plan design company. I have a Hospitality diploma from Canadian institute, and now I am major in Tourism. Currently, I am doing my exchange in Karlstad, Sweden. I am only here in Europe for one semester, so I try to see and travel to more countries while I have time.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I have never tried couchsurfing before, but I have heard of it for many years. There are also people who are couchsurfer shared their travel experience and even have their work published. I really would like to get involved and tried this unique way of traveling in order to meet with local people. I am very interested in learning how people live there life and would like to have a small chat if possible. Also, I can also share my personal view towards any topic of my country or anything related to Asian cultural. Most importantly, it is connecting with people, learning from them, sharing some great experiences, and having fun!

兴趣

I like watching movies, reading interior design or industrial design related magazine, pretty much like those life style magazines. I also read business related books or magazines, it is really close to our daily life these days and you just can’t ignore it, and sometimes they have really interesting cover stories too. I also like photography very much. About the dynamic part of me, I like jogging, swimming, hiking, snow boarding, and hanging out with friends. Recent years I am really into coffee and contemporary arts, I enjoy using the coffee time doing some work or chatting with friends. I like contemporary arts because it is modern, creative, and inspiring!

I like to listen to pop music when I doing sports, makes me feel I have abundant energy source. I like to listen to Jazz whenever I feel like taking it slow. I like techno when I am in a party mode. For the movies and books are just too much good ones that draw my attention, but I especially like Leonardo Wilhelm DiCaprio, so if he is in the cast, I definitely will watch the movie!!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Scuba Diving in Palau, that’s by far the clearest ocean water I have experienced. And you see all these school of fish and turtles around you, you really forget all of your worries and just want to live at the moment.

I like to learn new things, I literally mean all things that interest me. It sometimes can feed your mind so you do not feel empty. I like sharing my own experience, either good or bad ones, as long as it is meaningful and can be a reference to others, I think it is worth it. I can teach Chinese and Chinese Calligraphy or history of China or Taiwan, I will share my best knowledge!
