ABOUT ME

I think I am an uncomplicated, critical, open minded person (or at least I try) and it is easy for me to become acquainted with people - but only with people, that catch my interest in some way.

I've noticed over the years, that I'm getting more and more tired and ignorant about people that don't think at all or that are intolerant theirselves. I can't stand people that think they are better than others, then I'm getting intolerant.

But in the end, it is more important to have real close friends, that catch who you are and what you are feeling. And those are few.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can offer to show you around, to meet for drinks, to go to a concert, to go to some cultural event (may it be the theater, some film screening, a workshop,...), to invite you for dinner or just to participate with me in one of the cs activities. In general I love to help people to integrate or in general to help if somebody is in need. But what I don't like is, when somebody (or myself) is exploited, then I can get really unconfortable.

Unfortunately I'm not able to offer a couch, just because my living conditions don't allow it. And to be honest, offering a couch for me is more than providing the floor in the kitchen. I want people to feel comfortable, so until I don't find a place with a real couch, I'm unable to host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing is such a great idea to experience a new way of travelling!

I was introduced to the community by friends, that are/were very active hosts. It was always so nice to get to have a chat with the the people I met, to know so many different cultures and listen to interesting stories.

And on the other side, it is wonderful not to stay at a hotel, get to know interesting people and a different than the ususal touristic kind of view of a town/place and its culture.

I love music, music has so much power, it can change behaviours. It changes my mood every day.
I love concerts, but you won't see me at a clubbing or a disco.

i'm reading tom holt at the moment - very weird ;)
best movie i've seen lately was "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" & "Vincent Wants to Sea" (Vincent will Meer).

watched "I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK" lately, which was very very nice, "Persepolis" was deeply impressing and read "The shadow of the wind" (La sombra del viento) which was incredibly captivate...
