ABOUT ME

Hola! My name is Antonella, I'm Italian but living elsewhere since 2010 (Geneva, Barcelona, Boston).
I've worked as a particle physics PhD student at the CERN laboratory and am now a researcher in systems biology.
I'm easygoing and I really care for my friends, I like to meet new people and everybody says I'm a good listener. That's probably because I'm curious about people and stories, and I think we always learn something and get a bit richer from someone else's experiences.

I surf, once I will have a real place (have been living mostly in student residences until now) would like to host too

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couch-surfed once in Greece and once in the USA, both times a great experience of cultural exchange and happy time!

Intereses

I love art - I paint and draw
I heart dancing - more at concerts than at clubs
I like theater, in particular operas
I am a rather good cook (and eater) :D

2007, a night spent on a train going from Saint Petersburg to Kiev, looking at the moon outside in the woods.
In Kiev we visited the Chernobyl site, in particular the dead city of Pripyat, and that was a very touching moment for me, a third-year university student in nuclear physics, accompanying high-school students.
