I am friendly guy that live in Torino Italy.
I work as a software delevoper.
In my free time i like work out and play sports(mainly hiking in the mountains, yoga and calisthenics), play chess, learn.
I like eat healthyand live a healthy-lyfestyle... and of course I also like enjoy the life :-)

Life is now!
Life is like a theater opera, which has no initial test: sing, dance, laugh and live intensely every day of your life before the opera ends with no applause...
