About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live a full life, and be a part of something positive along the way.

ABOUT ME

I'm very into my music, festivals, rock climbing and generally having a laugh. I'm really into my music production and creative hobbies, and I like to balance these with as much time outdoors as possible. Meeting people is one of the biggest reasons I travel, I love it.

PHILOSOPHY

- Be Kind.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Surfing and Hosting! Though Surfing mainly, I've done both on and off since joining in 2008.

Currently travelling with a friend from the North to the South of central USA.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Travelled through Europe with friends in 2012 and stayed with all sorts of great people in some brilliant spots (a converted school in Rotterdam was a highlight). During my teens I spent a lot of time in a regularly hosting house, and was exposed to CS and travellers in a great way, I had to get involved.

I'm currently travelling Canada on a working visa, and will likely be headed further afield after!

Interests

I have played and toured in bands over the years, I make and produce my own music, I'm very passionate about independent music and music venues, I feel that independent scenes in art and music and hugely important and should be supported much more. I love to climb all over the world, love to live in a van and love a good party.

Music, Movies, and Books

Nas is currently playing on the Radio, I recently re-watched Lost In Translation (brill), and I'm currently reading Villager by Tom Cox (good so far!)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once did the perfect cartwheel.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach English (advanced level spoken and written), Surveying, guitar, piano, can have a crack at fixing many dodgy old cars, I am a half decent handyman, and all sorts of other bits which I've picked up along the way but can't think of now!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd love to share experiences and anything funny with a host, I can cook at a half-decent level, and am willing to try and fix anything the host has that needs fixing around the place! Also ALWAYS up for sharing music.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Croatia, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
