ABOUT ME

I have never stayed in one place for more than a few years. I have lived all over the US and feel the need to change my environment every few years.

I am quiet and introverted but try not to let that stop me from doing those things that I want to do and experiencing the world.

I served in the Marines for a few years as a Russian Linguist (learned the language in the military and have since forgot much of it), and then went to college and received a bachelors in Anthropology. Now after a few years of working crappy jobs, I am going to graduate school to get a masters in Accounting.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that everyone should be able to do anything and everything that they want to... as long as it doesn't impede someone else in doing what they want to do. To be more succinct, "live and let live."

Interests

I enjoy most outdoor activities. I have backpacked many sections of the Appalachian trail, enjoy road and mountain biking, and have dabbled in rock climbing.

I am always up for a concert, and would like to attend some music festivals.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy most types of movies. I tend to gravitate towards humor and action movies though. Some of my favorite movies are The Count of Monte Christo, LA Confidential American History X,the Lethal Weapon series, Blade Runner, 12 Monkeys, Into the Wild and Detroit Rock City.

For television shows, I am a bit more nerdy in my preferences. I really enjoy Dr. Who, Supernatural, Firefly, the Venture Brothers, Archer, Sons of Anarchy, and I have been known to watch anime on occasion.

I am huge fan of all live music, but I usually prefer to listen to Ska, Punk, Folk, and Rock. My favorite band is the RX Bandits. Other favorites include Creedence Clearwater Revival, the Beatles, Jimmy Eats World, Strung Out, Nirvana and the Killers.

I don't read enough these days, but love to read a good mystery, fantasy or sci-fi book.
