PHILOSOPHY
That's life!
Everything happens for a reason!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I usually have / had friends surfing my sofas, since 2008 I was mostly on the road surfing their sofas, finally found out about CS project in China
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I usually end up having friends staying on my sofa. Some stay for a few days, some stay for weeks. I am a couch surfer also, sleeping on my friends sofas, so no problem. We all need to watch our budget, so you are welcome to stay. Just respect me, my family and the house: clean up after yourself and help out with cooking etc. Don't waste water and electricity...and use my compost for biodegradable waste :-) If you like, feel free to help in the garden or play with the dogs ...
Interests
I love the ocean, like to swim, snorkel, dive and kayaking, cycling and (table) tennis are fun, too.
I do read a lot and watch movies, i do not like tv though!
If I have time and money, I am on the road :-) lots of places to see!!!

I cannot live without music (all kinds of)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
watching a bunch of wild dolphins from a small boat near Balicasag island at sunrise
Teach, Learn, Share
currently working as an outdoor educator I can teach you how to survive in the wilderness ... probably you might know some things about that, too! :-) learning from each other is my thing! I know some Lumads (Samal natives) that can teach you some cool things when in Samal, like how to make a basket or beach mat out of a palm leave or how to make native coffee and cook amazing food ...
