Can't name one:

Flew in a seaplane over to an island near Tofino then backpacked to natural hot spring.

Took a unimog up to the top of Mt. Vesuvius.

Dodged bulls in local rodeo in Central America.

Kayaked up river/hiked through rainforest in Hawaii to secret falls.

Night jungle tour in Costa Rica.
