About Me

Hi I am Sophia, a 27 year old girl from Hungary, Győr city. I really like cats and punk music and Salvador Dalí and utopistic novels and cats. I would like to travel the whole world to meet people and see different cultures and learn as much as possible about life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Actually I have heard about this opportunity during my uni years and I find it interesting. This is a great chance to visit foreign countries and learn even more things about the world and the people and other cultures and you can make friends all over the world :)

Interests

I really like to read and go hiking and cycling. I used to draw for years and cooking is my new passion.
I also like handmade hamburgers and craft beers and good wines.
I am really into concert-going, I love the feeling and energy that comes from the crowd at a metal or a punk concert. Although I only observe it from the back rows :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Tokaji Zsolt - Szólítsatok Brad Pittnek. It is a hungarian book written by a uni teacher who went to spend a semester in china. If i have to translate the title i would say call me Brad Pitt. Unfortunately as I know it is not available in any other languages but it should be a must read.
I also like classics like Pride and Prejudice or Jane Eyre and utopistic writers' books as well like Aldous Huxley and George Orwell.
As it goes to my music taste, well it depends basically on my mood but i prefer punk and post punk and blues and jazz and classical music and some metal and hardcore bands as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably there are more amazing things than the dinner last week I made on Wednesday but trust me it was dope.

What I Can Share with Hosts

You can sleep in a separate room with a sofa bed. A bit old one, but comfy enough for two people. Please note that I am only available at the weekends and I might have no time to show you around.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia
