About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Have fun no matter what I do! I'm plotting my path to being a best-selling author, and enjoy collecting lots of character info in the meantime.
ABOUT ME
First of all- I'm not afraid of strangers. I have spent lots of solo time traveling for work, and I'm happiest when I have the time to explore a new city and meet some new peeps. I know a little bit about everything, and I can keep up a fairly intelligent conversation about travel, politics, music, current events, sports, trivia...bring it.
PHILOSOPHY
Be present. Don't take things personally. If you don't like your current situation, then do something to change it. You are in charge of your own happiness.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm relatively new to Savannah, but I've managed to learn a lot in a small space of time. I'm happy to show you around and give you some pointers on interesting things to see and/or do. Sometimes a friendly face in a new place is all you need to make a trip fun.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm a newbie...heard lots of good things, and hope to experience it myself. I love to travel, and can appreciate having a friend's place to crash at or a friendly face in town to show you around.
Interests
Travel, reading, writing, hiking, kayaking, sports, cooking, music, spirituality and other lifestyle stuff that goes with the turf. I have a sick fascination with politics (one of those love/hate things), and I like to learn.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: I read a lot (think I hit over 100 last year)both fiction & non. Music tends to lean heavily to alternative, but I subscribe to the "ABC's" of music: anything but country. Movies: love indies and blockbusters as long as the scripts and actors can pull it together.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
hah, too many to list. Hmm...seeing a thunderstorm roll into Santorini was a quite an amazing experience. Being stuck in an elevator with 15 people in Vegas was perhaps quite the opposite experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have a head full of trivia, so I pick up interesting and strange tidbits all the time. Some more practical & professional knowledge: I know a lot about franchising and business, wine (used to own a wine store), gluten-free diets, and holisitic healing.
Countries I’ve Visited
Greece, Mexico, Netherlands, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, United States
Countries I’ve Lived In
