I hope to help people passing through my part of the world, show them a good time, and meet interesting people on the other end

ABOUT ME

I enjoy cooking, reading, odd independent movies, stained glass, hiking, backpacking and all kinds of things I don't know about yet. I have a good time with my life, enjoy the company of others a lot and have found that people who travel can be a strange, fun bunch.

I'm going to Costa Rica for a couple of months (March-May) and don't have any set-in-stone plans. I would like to be productive and not spend too much money so hospitality is always appreciated and I'll be happy to reciprocate however I can.

I will finish my BS degree in marketing come the end of this summer and probably start some kind of normal life. I'd really like to establish myself as an artist/craftsman but don't like the prospect of being poor, we'll have to see on that one.

PHILOSOPHY

My end goal is to show perfect love and forgiveness to everyone. I am a student of A Course in Miracles. I fall short of this all the time but I can't think of something that would give me more lasting peace and satisfaction.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would love to show anyone around my town who is happening to be passing through. I'm busy with work as a plumber and keep kind of strange hours because of it but I like meeting new people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Nothing through this site yet but I met a couple of pretty girls from Norway in southern Italy and harangued a place to stay with them and then proceeded to take a train from the tip of the boot to 100 miles north of the Arctic Circle to stay with one. We had a good ol' time and I got to see the sun at 3 in the morning.
