"We are what we eat". Food is one of the biggest parts of my life, it blends both beneficial external factors: organics, permaculture, sustainable management, localism, ethics and non-violence; and internal factors: quality nutrition and health, raw food, spiritual freedom.

Folk, Blues, World, Classical. Soulful beats and beautifully delicate melodies, poetry traced with and without words.

Classics really capture my imagination, depicting past times where modern issues were still the cause of unrest. Tolstoy, F Scott Fitzgerald, Zola and Balzac rate as some of the best for me

Insightful books on philosophy and the spirit, health, green building and working with the land get alot of attention

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Everyday is a revelation! The power to grow, the potential for change, the unfathomable dynamics that set your heart alight!

My most interesting period in my life is when I went on a pilgrimage to India where I lived in ashrams with Babajis and sadhus and travelled barefooted
