Connecting with wholesome people who share similar goals is important to me, it has the power to fill my life with energy and creativity

Food
"We are what we eat". Food is one of the biggest parts of my life, it blends both beneficial external factors: organics, permaculture, sustainable management, localism, ethics and non-violence; and internal factors: quality nutrition and health, raw food, spiritual freedom.

Insightful books on philosophy and the spirit, health, green building and working with the land get alot of attention

My most interesting period in my life is when I went on a pilgrimage to India where I lived in ashrams with Babajis and sadhus and travelled barefooted
