ABOUT ME

I'm extremely adventurous and love meeting new people! I graduated last year with my BA in Vocal Performance. I've lived all over the country and currently work as an outdoor educator teaching young kids how to canoe! My girlfriend and I have been together for 2 years and we currently live together in a suburb outside Chicago.

Love it! Couchsurfed around SE Asia and had a great experience. Haven't hosted yet, but looking forward to it.

Interests

I love to rock climb, camp, hike, canoe and just be outdoors. I also love movies, music, and hanging out with friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

Some favorite movies include Wit, Silver Linings Playbook, Good Will Hunting, and Tangled. For music I'm going through a Joshua Radin phase right now, but I'll listen and enjoy pretty much anything and as for books, oh boy is there enough room. I'm currently tackling old high school favorites such as To Kill a Mockingbird and The Good Earth. I could talk books all night long!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My sister and I graduated from university around the same time so we took three months and backpacked SE Asia and India. It was the most amazing thing I've ever done and I can't wait to do another trip just like it!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm an opera singer, so voice lessons? I'm also a big rock climber, so if you're not afraid of heights I'd love to take you up. I worked as an outdoor educator for 3 years as well specializing in canoeing/kayaking. Lemme take you out to the local waterways and give you a different perspective of the city!
