If I host you I usually neither mind spending all day with you nor not seeing you at all - feel free to plan as you wish and we will most probably get along
If I travel I usually enjoy spending time with my hosts, but again - I won't be too disappointed if that doesn't work out either.
Btw I am a terrible cook which is always a disadvantage at cs I feel, HOWEVER this does not mean that I don't cook, just that.. don't expect the world.
