Hi fellow travelers! I'm Anastasia, and I've been calling Rome home since 2015. I'm passionate about this city's history and hidden wonders. Here I became an Archeologist and then Urban Trekking guide. I love discovering those secret corners and captivating tales that make Rome so unique, and then I share these treasures with fellow travelers. I enjoy sharing my knowledge about the most interesting museums and good food to try in Rome.

I used to be an active couchsurfer (guest and host) and hitchhiker, but now I've started a family and have a little daughter to take care of.

I met my husband, Alessandro, at a Couchsurfing event here in Rome! We still love to travel and hang out, however our trips and parties look a little different these days 😅

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’ve excavated and analyzed human skeletons dating back a thousand years. The site was near Rome and we worked hard in a small team.
