I live in Washington, D.C. I work in news media and love both writing and photography. I am half American and half German and have lived on both sides of the Atlantic. I'm currently spending much of my free time dancing salsa and bachata.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I couch surfed for the first time in Morocco, in a little village called Sefrou (outside of Fes). I had an incredible experience and have had a positive impression of Couchsurfing ever since.
