About Me

I am currently working as an english teacher for kids in hanoi, vietnam. I am an extrovert introvert. I like meeting new people and making new friends and i like spending time and doing things alone at the same time that is why i often travel alone. Traveling has helped a typical Vietnamese girl like me break the image of a "good girl" who should get a stable job, get married and have kids after her graduation. I believe that a Vietnamese girl can not only be "good" but also be strong and independent. I am open-minded, optimistic and always eager to learn new things.

PHILOSOPHY

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For me, it is travelling alone. May be, travelling alone is a very normal thing with you but in Vietnam, with the Eastern Culture, it is strange and quite dangerous to travel alone especially for a girl like me.
A day when i felt stress because of studying at school with too many tests and too much homework, i decided to buy a plane ticket and flew to the middle of Vietnam. I went to Ly Son islands, i was so impressed by the beautiful scenery here. The local people are very kind and friendly, the local man who i met at the beach brought me home and i had a special dinner with his family. The day i went back to the land, he gave me a big plastic bag of galic - local speciality.
In Quang Ngai city, I rent a motobike from a woman, i was so surprised because that evening she called me and offered to show me around. The next day, she brought me to her parents' house and i had a united dinner with her family.
After the trip, i have lots of unforgetable experience. I learn how to believe to people that i met at the first time. That's a wonderful trip i'll never forger.

Countries I’ve Visited
