About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Experience, share, give and receive!
ABOUT ME
I'm a Community Development Peace Corps volunteer in tranquilo Pilar, Paraguay. It's been over 2 years and I will be ending my service in late October. I work in education and youth services, and really love it!! I plan to trek all over Latin America after my service. I hope to meet more amazing people along the way..
PHILOSOPHY
Living is experiencing new things--stepping out of your comfort zone and challenging yourself. Self reflection. Reflecting on what you experience to truly appreciate and grow from it. Opening our hearts and minds to others, really listening and learning who we are, why we're here and how we can be better to each other and ourselves.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Excited to be a new member of this community and hope to meet intriguing individuals in Pilar as well as other places around the world.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Some of friends are CS members and have introduced me to their CS visitors with whom I've shared my home and yummy dishes. I've come to really appreciate the CS program through the enriching experiences I've had with these people.
