About Me
My name is Bao Chau. I'm already 20 now and I'm freaking excited about every amazing thing that I can do for the rest of my life. I grew up in Vietnam and my hometown is Hue, which is the type of city that you will want to come back to and enjoy the rest days of your life there after you have already traveled a lot and got tired. After graduating from my high school, I have moved to Germany and I'm doing my Bachelor degree in Structural Engineering over here.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I actually know about this from one of my German lessons at school. I think it's a brilliant idea as it creates a lot of opportunities for people who love to travel but cannot afford a huge amount of money for accommodation in some big tourism cities. Well and I am one of those people :) So Couchsurfing will definitely be a great place, through which I can go anywhere I want and enjoy every fascinating things in life without having to worry about whether I would be able to afford a night there or not.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm addicted to music. And there are three main genres that can always keep me company:
- Electronic Indie
- RnB
- Hiphop/Rap (or sometimes it's Trap)
Well my favs are Lauv, Khalid, Post Malone, Kendrick Lamar, Astrid S, etc. I don't usually just focus on the artists, I prefer listening to songs that I assume to be catchy.
I'm a big fan of Marvel, so it's obvious now :) I love action movies, fictional movies, and those about humanities and love. I mean, I can watch all types of film on Earth, except from some horror ones.
And I am definitely BOOKAHOLIC. I won't say that I know all types of book or all kinds of author, but I really love reading. I love romantic novels, books about sciences and humanities, especially those talking about our states of mind, how we think about life and how we appreciate what we have.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I don't get addicted to social media (anymore).
Teach, Learn, Share
I am definitely not a good teacher, because I tend to make people confused whenever I want to make them understand what this Math/Physics problem is about!
But I think I could take good care of people who think they are having some problems in life or they just simply want to be understood. I'm still trying to be a good listener and a caring person.
I'm so excited to share my stories with people around me, but I can only feel truly alive if I can actually listen to people's stories and do whatever I could (if needed) to make them feel happy. That's what makes life worth living, isn't it?
