ABOUT ME

Easy-going and open-minded person. I am curious and easily fascinated by new ideas or cool stuff. A bookworm as well. Used book stores are usually my kind of place. A decent listener if you need an ear [or two, but not three ;-) ]. I enjoy meeting people very much but sometimes I just do not have the talent to open a new conversation with somebody I have never met before. I am working on that though. A bit crazy and funny enough to make life always a great thing to enjoy.

PHILOSOPHY

I just think that everybody is naturally kind-hearted (just like an old text has said.) Everyone, therefore, should practice kindness genuinely. Be kind to one another and make this beautiful world a better place.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I am not able to travel the world at the moment, why not bring the world to my little home. I have been lucky enough to have crossed paths with so many incredible people and have been inspired by them ever since. Essentially, I would love to meet lovely people who share the interest of traveling, exploring, caring and helping other people.

Interests

Virtually everything! I spend most of my free time with books, hiking, hanging out with good folks, and/or simply walking around town. I also enjoy talking with people, sharing experiences, listening to one's life stories.

Love nature and the outdoors. I really prefer staying outside and being completely awed by nature.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am open to all kinds of music, but the ones I enjoy the most currently are jazz, soul, piano, and EDM (I know, weird combo :P). Tiësto anyone?

I don't watch quite a lot of movies but when I do, I love them all. There is something lively about movies, don't you think? Inside Out are among the best I have seen lately.

Tea + Music + a Book = typical reading day. Good books I have read so far this year: F*ck feelings, The Martian, Creativity Inc., Everything bad is good for you, Surely You're Joking, Mr. Feynman!
