ABOUT ME

Hello, My name is Quynh!
You can call me ‘’Queen’’ because the pronounciation is kinda similar with the real one and easy to remember.
I am a “dreamy” but never illusive.
I used to l0ve to have "safe and stable" life... but the trip through AIESEC's internship program to India had changed me alot from thinking to actions. I became crazier and more adventurous.
Before i usually think... How my future will be and i desinged lots of plans to achieve my expectations...such as how much money i will own after 30 years old or How prestigous my job will be compared with my friends...blabla.... It's just surfacial desire! Dam it! I felt tired, bored because of unreasonably seft force. ...I did lived and behaved the way ppl expect to see from me. ....So Who am I? For what reason do i exsit? ..And...What do i want to do in my life?..........Then..The journey to finding myseft begins......

PHILOSOPHY

- It's never a waste of time or money to invest in yourself, no matter the source. I tried to travel around Asian countries, visit different places, meet new people, absorb new knowleadge and ideal.
- Secondly, I believe that Every man must walk his own path. It is good to get advice from others but what may have work for that person may not work for me. Learn from others but walk my own path.
- And finally, Being happy does not always need a reason. Just be happy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I started joining CouchSurfing one month ago. One of my good friend introduced for me and I really liked CS. Through this website, I met alot good and interesting friends around India and Thailand also. I learned from them a lot. In Thailand, I learned how to hitchhiked and dumpster diving. I absorbed new cultures of different countries, new ideas of life. It is amazing website for discovering the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My experience is very young with Couchsurfing. I travelled to several states in India with CS friends.
First time, In Jaipur - capital city of Rajasthan, i was lucky to be hosted by Ambassador of CS Jaipur. I stayed in his family and was really happy when his father introduced me indian and rajasthani cultures.

Interests

My interests is listening to music - meaning ful songs. I’m crazy about "We Are the Champions" of Freddie Mercury. It’s so meaningful “…..we mean to go on and on and on and on …We are the champions - my friends. And we'll keep on fighting. Till the end. We are the champions. We are the champions. ….” This melody always remind me that I have to try my best whenever I concur with any challenges. Yes, “..No time for losers..” Always keep calm and looking forward.
The Cup of Life of Ricky Martin interest me with a sentence “ Do you really want it?”
Whenever I do any thing, I always ask myself that Do I actually wanna do it? Do I love it enough to get it? And this help me orient and identify exactly my ultimate purpose. Besides, I love hanging out with friends, learning new things, making new friends.
Besides, I love reading books, travelling and do something adventurous, crazy like hitchhiking, dumpster diving..:) It is my life.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like watching Science Fiction Movie, Energy Inspiration Film like Three Idiots, Life of Pi, The Basket list.....About Music, I can hear every kind of music which is exsit in the world..But i prefer positive, funny songs to sad ones. I like reading books but i didnot read so much...This is a conflict between my wish and my habit! :) :) But i tried to digest carefully each book i like.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hitchhiked about 700km in 15 hours from Vientiane, Laos to Bangkok, ThaiLand Alone last October and it was full of fun... :P

I am not rich in finance but i am rich of willingness to learn. I can share you my thirstiness to know new things. I hope i can introduce VietNamese culture and lifestyle to you too. :)
