About Me
Welsh/ Canadian girl living life with love, passion, curiosity and smiles. I'm a 19 year old female from Canada. Told I'm wise for my years.
My my passions spread across a wide and winding range because I don't like to discriminate :) everything and everyone is beautiful... It's simply about finding the beauty within and grasping hold of it, tightly.

***
I believe personal growth is eternal. I love to immerse in and learn about other cultures and events all around the world. I believe in meeting new people and being open to everything. I believe in no judgements and attempting to place yourself in others shoes; the shoes may not fit quite right... But you'll learn how they feel. If you've made it all the way down this novel-of-a-list, I thank you for dedicating this time to learn some more about me :)
Join me as I eat, float and photograph my way through this wonderful world! It's all on my travel blog.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Meet people, share beautiful stories and life experinces with people from differ the cultures. Most importantly to learn more about our big beautiful world.
Interests
I Love (me in a nutshell)...
creative writing/ journaling/ blogging
Writing is a beautiful outlet for me in which I immerse and express myself to the fullest. Writing is so wonderful because its multi dimensional; first, I write for myself. Thus Being good to me, and respecting my happiness by practicing what brings me joy. second, I write to connect with readers. Interaction with readers is one of the greatest feeling in life because I know that either the reader or myself is gaining a positive benefit from our kind exchange of words, ideas, pictures etcetera.
Long distance running & hot yoga
Physical activity is my second go-to outlet. Distance running is amazing for letting out ones steam and stress, as well keeping fit and happy is a good plus! Hot yoga is not only a beautiful, spiritual outlet for the body but the mind and soul as well. Practicing Hot yoga 6 days a week saved my life. If you have excess energy or thoughts... Channel it somewhere positive in order to make something of it.
A healthy, active lifestyle
Similar to the Volcan Salute, from the original Star Trek television series, I too hope to live long and prosper. I make it a continuing effort to do so in a fun, yummy and ever-changing way!
Raw, organic and culturally renowned foods
If there's one thing on this lovely planet that I love more than love itself, it would be healthy foods. There are an abundance of delicious, bright and easy healthy
organic/ raw ways to cook & eat. One of my favourite cooking buddies is my all natural coconut oil! 100% cocoanut through and through, not only good for your taste buds (YUM!) but for your body as well. As for foods pertaining to other cultures... I would die for them all; Indian, Mexican, Thai, Latin- American, Greek, Chinese, British, Belize, Asian, Korean, Japanese, Italian and the list goes on! Not only are these multicultural cuisines good for my taste buds, but they also allow me to connect with cultures that I'm not constantly surrounded by.
Friends, family & loved ones
I would be nowhere today without the unconditional love and support of my surrounding people. I am incredibly privileged to have been raised in an environment of love, care, structure and guidance from day 1. Mind you we all have our baggage... It's simply about looking forward and using your positive surroundings to your advantage.
All natural remedies (I attempt to live free of harsh-chemicals!)
One of my favourite past times is mixing up all natural home made remedies for myself and friends! Such as, body scrubs, shampoo/conditioner, face wash, moisturizer, deodorant, perfume and whatever else tickles my fancy.
Loose leaf tea :)
I am a tea pot, that is for certain. You will rarely see me without a warm mug in hand. I posses an incredible power of the ability to become lost in loose teas... Smells, flavours, textures, mugs, tea cozies... It's all encompassing (well, for my goofy self at least).
Cooking & baking
It's of the utmost importance for me to know everything I am putting into my body. Thus I love to cook & bake from scratch because I'm the one throwing in the ingredients! Creative power with homemade cooking is endless, and I love things with no limits. The only limits we have are those we set for ourselves.
Art
My favourite type of art to create is abstract acrylics, animals with conte and figure drawing. I love the aspect of no boundaries, free movement, creative expression and zero judgement in this field. Although art is jugged every day, all around the world, there is no right or wrong. Only opinion. I love Oliver Platto's words, beauty is in the eye of the beholder; they hold so much truth. Our eyes can see what they please, and no two people have the same ones.
