Niall Murphy is a traditional cloth-bound cheddar made using pasteurised cow’s milk and vegetarian rennet. The Murphy's remove the cloth from their cheddars before dispatch to minimise problems with cheese mites. The flavour is smooth and nutty with a cheddar-y tang in the finish. The aroma develops slowly from sweet fruit to a full, nutty note.

To a lesser extent I'm a human being who would like to meet other human, enjoy their company and possibly spend an uncomfortable night sleeping on their living room floor.
