Hi! I'm 27 originally from the west of Ireland. I'm a bike enthusiast and love making things with my hands. I have many a hobby like baking, fixing things and going on outdoorsy adventures. I love hanging out with friends and making new ones!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm heading off to the U.S. in June on a 2 1/2 month cycling trip. I'm hoping to meet lots of great new people and see some amazing sights. If you can host me that would be amazing, but I also would just love advice and encouragement because this is my first time doing this length of a trip.

Interests

Bikes, Baking, Drawing, Learning Languages, Swimming in the Sea, Climbing. I'm generally interested in learning new things. I also like slack roping, unicycling, trying to play the banjo but these are all new and very underdeveloped things, but if you want to teach me them, let me know!

I mostly like music that has a lot of energy, sometimes this is Irish Trad, sometimes it's rap and hip hop and other times it's brass with everything in between. I can have my quiet moments as well with music from people like Richard Skelton..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I cycled up (most of) the Alpe D'Huez. Unfortunately asthma got me 3/4 of the way up and I had to start cycling back down again. It was still an adventure all the same!
