ABOUT ME

I have lived a free-spirited, adventurous life and pray to keep my childlike vibrance till the day I die.

I am the person who burns sage to clear bad spirits, reads oracle cards and horoscopes regularly(if nothing else it demands a little self reflection), I think there is life outside ours in other realms and planets(woodland spirits and menehune) I take vitamins, use essential oils and dance, OFTEN!! :)

My main focus is staying physically, emotionally, and spiritually sound. I achieve that by eating well, many forms of exercise (running, yoga, hiking,swimming) meditation and simply by being aware and conscious of how my life affects all things around me.

I usually fall asleep within the first 20 minutes of a movie but a
few i always enjoy are: Frida Kahlo, The Illusionist, anything
Palahniuk or Tarantino.
I would have to say i prefer documentaries. Particularly about the
way the world is today (Food Inc, Vanishing of the Bees, The
Garden)
Ahh music: Old Crow Medicine Show, Edith Piaf, Jorge Ben, Modest
Mouse, BassNectar, Aaron Neville, IZ, Beats Antique...pretty much
everything.
Time to read. A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle, Plan Bee (on
Beekeeping), Newspaper Pennies and Cardboard(gardening) Food Rules by Micheal Pollan, Sushi for Beginners(chick novel)

Food: It's gotta be the Uni (sea urchin) anything fresh picked or caught by me is No Ka Oi! (the best)
