About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To finally live the life I have always wanted, to travel, do volunteer work and meet people from all over the world.

ABOUT ME

My friends say I´m crazy...I think I´m just fun. I always get everyone dancing and singing. Life is short, I say live it up. My head is stuck at 22 and my friends are young. I learn new things every day from all the wonderful people I meet. I´m now in a great place living in gorgeous Nicaragua and able to do volunteer work. I´m part of the music and dancing scene in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua and from time to time play percussion instruments with a Latin band on open mike nights. I LOVE Latin dancing, music, traveling, meeting new people, not necessarily in that order. I'm back in Nicaragua now. Come and visit!

PHILOSOPHY

We either make ourselves happy or miserable. The amount of work is the same. Carlos Castaneda

I am DEFINITELY always happy!!!! And I don't even have to work at it.

I also have a philosophy about Couchsurfing. The idea of it is fantastic and I take it very seriously. Unfortunately, not everyone has the same philosophy.

COUCH SURFING IS: One of the best ways to forge new friendships, exchange ideas, learn about other cultures, feel great about your fellow human beings and have a lot of fun.

COUCH SURFING IS NOT: A free place to stay and eat and use the Internet because you have no money to travel. A place to store your stuff while you go hang out with your friends elsewhere. A hotel room where you stay inside your room all the time. A home where it's OK for you to go in cupboards and the refrigerator to eat what you want.

I am thrilled to host serious Couchsurfers and I think I do a pretty darn good job at it. But please....serious Couchsurfers only. I don't have time for people taking advantage of the system. I want it to work!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host when I can. But I am always available to help with questions, locations to see, information, etc. on Nicaragua (and any other place I've visited).
