I am a very relaxed, happy and open-minded Australian who has been travelling Europe since March 2014. For the last 8 months I have been living and studying a Masters in Uppsala, Sweden. I haven't used couch surfing very much but I am very used to living with people and try to bring a positive vibe to all situations.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am moving to Geneva in June for about 6 months, and I am looking for somewhere to stay for a week or so in early June 2015. This will give me a little bit of time to look for some more secure housing.

Interests

Meeting new people, music, skiing, dancing, good food and great conversation! I also love travelling (of course!), hikes, camping, markets, historical sites, and art. I really try to understand and experience the places which I visit. Thats why I am so excited to meet locals and to share as much as I with them!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skied the Swiss alps, drove solo around Croatia, lived in a caravan deep in the Black Forest, scubadiving in Thailand and the Great Barrier Reef, surprise private flight over the Hoolywood sign, slept under the stars / tourguided in the outback, took a train down the entire coast of Vietnam, sunrise at Angkor Wat, Boom 2014, and was nearly in an air crash in the Rocky Mountains USA :O

Teach, Learn, Share

I am excited to learn new languages (especially French) and get to know new cultures. I think every experience in a new county is an excellent opportunity to teach, learn and share with the people I meet.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I bring good conversation, easy company, and will cook you a number great meals. I have been told I am very easy to live with because I am generally able to look after myself, I contribute to the household, am clean and generally happy all the time :)
