Hi everybody,

I'm Nicolas, 32 years old from France and currently living in Madrid, Spain. I love travelling and right now I'm travelling with my girlfriend (Jimena, 31 years old, from Ecuador) through Vietnam during 7 weeks. Oh yeah!!!! :-)

Jimena and I love traveling and one of our important goal in this trip is to meet awesome people. Taking beautiful pictures is not the only purpose of our trip ;-) That's why for example I loved my travel to Indonesia 18 months ago, people there were really nice, smiling and welcoming. And that's also why we have updated our profile, since we would like to meet people from Vietnam in Vietnam.

We are very open-minded people, we love to try new things: new country, new food (Vietnam food is amazing), new places... well you can imagine.

Just a little bit more: I have lived in France, Ireland, Belgium, Spain and Mexico, and travelled to Europe, Argentina Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Indonesia, Thailand, New Zealand and so on ... And Jimena has lived in Ecuador, Spain, France and Mexico and has travelled to Europe. So yes, we like travelling and meeting people!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Well we really want to meet nice people that live or are from the countries we visit - share a beer or a meal with them and learn about their culture. Especially now that we are here in Vietnam, it would be nice to know people from here and receive their suggestion.

Intereses

I love playing guitar, trying to cook some good dinners (trying and not always succeeding ;-)), programming, climbing (although I haven't done it for years), travelling (did I say it earlier?), running ...
She loves dogs, reading, traveling...

Música, películas y libros

I am reading right now a spanish book from Carlos Ruiz Zafon, it's part of a 4-books series and it's the last book, called "El laberinto de los espiritus". I also love Stephen King and this kind of books. Lately I've also been quiet a lot into business/marketing books.
She loves reading as well (right now a book from Katherine Pancol). And she loves Gilmore Girls and Grey's Anatomy.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I am pretty lucky (and proud) to have lived in 5 different countries - and I am a mix of those countries.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

We can teach French and Spanish language, cooking a French crepe or a Spanish 'tortilla'. I can do a very good (and apparently) funny french accent (actually it's my accent when I speak english...)

A good and fun time sharing our views on the world. If you prefer I can also shut up :-D
