ABOUT ME

While currently taking professional training in the Feldenkrais Method in Manhattan, I'm looking to couch surf during the training sessions. For those transitioning through this area, consider this an extended invitation. For anyone interested in Feldenkrais, please let me know. It's all about body and movement awareness; the process has been life-changing and sharing would be a delight. The core website is http://www.feldenkrais.com. I also recently joined a Raw Foods class and have a new paradigm on eating.
